Mom update

As I wrote in last post my mom was having a heart surgery, yesterday…

The surgery went perfect! Now it’s recovery after the surgery but she should be able to go home in 2 weeks.

Got some more details on the surgery… If I got this right, usually you have three ”wings” on the valves in the heart. Mom had since birth only two so they’ve been taking a lot of damage throughout her life so they needed to change. So, basically they opened her toroso, stop her heart for a couple of minutes and change them.

She has now woken up after the surgery and is quite weak but she’s a strong girl so she should be up in no time, especially when God is with here and helps her on the way =)
